EnhancingThe Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program.
This is to certify that our fiber optic cables, meet the Build America Buy America (BABA) requirements of the BEAD program. We manufacture these cables in our Grapevine, Texas facility. If your fiber optic cable must meet BABA requirements during the quotation process, please contact our corporate office in Texas.

B. Other information generated through consultations conducted for the processing of Customer Inquiries and Feedback.
2. Optional Information
Information entered in the input form or otherwise provided by the customer, other than personal identification information.

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information related to the processing of Customer Inquiries and Feedback will be retained and used for the above purposes from the date consent is obtained until the purposes of collection and use have been fulfilled, and such information will be destroyed without undue delay.
However, where retention is required under applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the information will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws.
After completion of the processing of Customer Inquiries and Feedback, the information may continue to be retained and used solely for the following purposes: investigating financial incidents, handling disputes, complying with legal obligations, and conducting risk management activities of Taihan Fiberoptics Co., Ltd.

Right to Refuse Consent and Potential Disadvantages
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you refuse consent to the collection and use of required information, processing of your submitted inquiry or request may be restricted, and if you refuse consent to the collection and use of optional information, the handling of your inquiry or request may be affected.
